At AJAZZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance peripherals; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, keycap pullers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement unit within 5 business days.
